rebuilt the entire infrastructure from the ground up, led the transition to AI-native

## SPOQ Research & Multi-Agent AI

Royce authored SPOQ (Specialist Orchestrated Queuing), a research paper on coordinating
multiple AI coding agents to build software in parallel (https://spoqpaper.com). The methodology
introduces wave-based task dispatch with dual validation gates to achieve deterministic quality at
scale, demonstrating a 5.3x throughput improvement over sequential single-agent execution. The paper
is currently seeking publication. SPOQ is open-source under the MIT license with a one-command
installer, and is actively used in his development workflow.
